How can you use algebra skills to further knowledge and solve problems in areas related to your major? b. What properties of numbers or techniques would you use to solve the problem you are creating? c. What algebra function is involved? d. What representations or mathematical forms can you use to illustrate the scenario and/or problem? (e.g., equations, graphs, diagrams, tables) Is there another representation you can use in your problem solving? Is there another representation you could use to verify your solution(s)? 3. To complete your essay: a. Use Roman, size 12 font with multiple spacing set to 1.25. Use traditional one inch margins. Type your full name and class/section in the header. b. You must write at least one page, but do not go over two pages. c. Your essay must include the description of a problem you created that relates to your major and the solution of your problem. d. Be sure to fully describe your problem, solution(s), and all pertinent methods, formulas, or processes necessary to complete the problem. Your problem should: i.
