Look at the ERD below and please fix the connections and add a unary connection somewhere. This ERD is supposed to show correct entity names, correct attributes, correct connections, binary and unary connection and have a generalization connection. If you feel like I missed any of those besides the ones I'm already asking about, feel free to fix them.

You have been meaning to improve how you use your time on a daily basis. The objective is to enhance your productivity and also leverage the attainment of your short term, medium term and long term life goals. You talked to a life-coach who explained to you that a fundamental element in allowing you to leverage your personal success (i.e. maximize the potential of achieving all or most of the goals that you have set for yourself) is to keep a close tab of how you use your time; analyze your time-usage and derive inferences from that analysis with a view to improving how you use your time. You have decided that you need to (a) track how you use every minute of every day (including information on what, where, when, who/with-whom, how-long, why, etc), and (b) conduct an analysis of that data every three-months, and (c) implement changes in your daily time-usage based on that analysis. You realize that in order to track your time usage, you will need to capture and store data about your daily undertakings. But you do not have a system in place to do that. Therefore you will need to develop such a system.
