Look at your daily activities through the concepts of production economy - Look at yourself as a production system/resource whose purpose is to learn/study. Make yourself a capacity utilization rate analysis, and identify the (self-management) measures you would take to increase the capacity utilization rate. Also, think about the variation that affects your learning and how you could reduce it through quality control measures. Remember to consider the impact of the measures you identify in both the short and long term.
