Looking at this through Tuckman's Five Stage Model (Kinicki, 2021) shows where this group would be able to go through the stages more quickly as they would be more familiar with each other. The forming portion would go very quickly as they are already familiar with each other. The storming portion, shown in this rope, was related more to this individual and the group dynamic. According to the text, this process is a phase that many CEOs do not survive would be minimal. The third stage, norming, is when a group arrives after storming, where teams learn to accept each other's roles and a sense of camaraderie. This group arrives at this stage ready to go, which can be very advantageous. Camaraderie allows the group to move quickly to stage four, which is performing. In this stage, the group can get their work done effectively and efficiently while respecting boundaries. Ted listened to Kerry's idea, which put Shelia in her position of strength. Kerry was also able to know that Ted is best to handle training. The final stage is adjourning; the group is disbanded and move on to other projects. Stanley did not understand that his association with this group is good for him and his career; he can network and develop the leadership skills that he needs.
