Looking to expand his fast-food empire, Krusty, the owner of Krusty Burger, is interested in obtaining three properties in Springfield, on which he plans to build new restaurants. Krusty has identified three parcels that he is interested in purchasing. None of the parcels are currently for sale, so Krusty has his realtor do some digging as to the owner of the parcels, so that Krusty may approach the owners with an offer. The realtor finds the parcels were once all owned by the same person, Mr. Burns, who had transferred the parcels, as follows: 1. Parcel A - to Carl Carlson and Lenny Leonard, as joint tenants with the right of survivorship 2. Parcel B - to Moe Szylak, provided that alcohol is not sold on the property 3. Parcel C - to Homer Simpson, and his heirs The agent does some more digging, and finds that Lenny has died after a freak accident of getting pudding in his eye. He was survived by his adopted son, and heir, Barney Gumble. Otherwise, Parcel A is undeveloped land. Parcel B is the location of Moe's Tavern, a bar that has served patrons of Springfield for years, that the owner, Moe, continues to operate. Homer is married to his wife, Marge. The property is currently a vacant building. Krusty is anxious to get moving on his expansion, and is prepared to make an offer for each parcel at 300% its current market value to ensure the owners accept immediately. However, Krusty also wants to keep his plans of expansion as quiet as possible, and so only wants to approach those individuals that he must approach with the offer, and no one else.
