Louise and team, thank you for your presentation. I agree that a type of limited partnership is necessary. I think that especially when it comes to creative license it is important that the liability of each partner be protected. It is so easy for people to come forward and say their idea was stolen so in the event of a possible copyright breach the partner responsible would be the only one liable in a Limited Partnership model (Yates et. al. 2019). How would you mitigate other risks? What criteria would you use to determine the types of insurance to purchase?
