The decision to award the contract to Lovelaw Sdn. Bhd. was made six weeks ago at monthly meeting of the board of directors of Flop Hotel Bhd.

The Managing Director of Flop Hotel, Tan Sri Ramrad, is also a major shareholder in Lovelaw Sdn. Bhd. In fact, he was also the person who had made known to the management of Lovelaw Sdn. Bhd. that Flop Hotel Bhd. was intending to purchase furniture for the purposes of refurbishing its premises.
