For a guest. the purpose is to earn rewards through the common point system. So the question is: Who has the best loyalty program? The answer is often up to the individual guest's value perception. Your pairs task is to design a Loyalty Program and \"sell" it to your classmates during a seminar Trade Show either week 9 or 10. {schedule pending) Your Loyalty Program Requirements: Name of Company Pick any organization you wish. They cannot have an existing Loyalty Program. It could be Travel Agency XYZ or Hotel XYZ. Name of Loyalty Program Make it catchy, creative and your own! Reward details - such as but not limited to: Membership Criteria Cost/Fees (if any) Membership Services Extra Points? Bonuses? Upgrades? Levels within Program Membership Benets (outside rewards or above and over points/rewards) Restrictions? Length of membership? Unlimited? How do members sign up?
