The Low-risk investment will pay 5% after the first year, the Medium-risk 10%, and the High-risk 25% LUX has decided to invest $80,000 in these investments for one year Due to risks, they have decided that the most they will invest in any one of these investments is $40,000. They have also made the decisions that the amount invested in Low-risk investment will not be less than the total of the other two and that the amount invested in High-risk investment should not exceed the amount invested in Low-risk. We consider the problem of how much should they invest in each of these three investments in order to satisfy their conditions and maximize their expected interest on these investments? a. Find the objective function b. List all of the constraints DO NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM (unless you really want to). You have two options. PICK ONE and do it: (1) set up the problem with three variables: y, and so (2) set up the problem with TWO variables and y giving the values/investments into the first two funds, and assuming that the third fund is 80,000
