Before engaging in this discussion be sure to review all the Readings & Course Materials for this module. Then answer the following prompts about the Case study:

1. Why do you think the organization's espoused values at FtT were not reflected in some employees' behavior? What values or underlying assumptions were driving behavior?
2. If you were Erik Mossberger, what would you do to begin to remedy the problematic culture?

Then read what other students have posted and respond to at least one other person in a way that builds the conversation. For example, do you think that their suggestions would work? Why or why not? Would their ideas prevent this from ever happening again? Why or why not? (Do not just reiterate what you already said in your own posting.)

NOTE: This case includes a section on "Legal questions" (pg. 4). That is NOT what I want you to address...Instead, we are looking at this case from the perspective of organizational culture and ethics. Please focus on answering the 2 questions I have noted above, not the questions published in the case itself.
