M7 - Opportunities in Organizational Change
Week 7 continues with the research you are doing with the sameorganization (Kids Empowerment Foundation KEF).Our examination of organizational challenges turns from the inanimate side (ie: problems, vision, mission, values, and strategies) to the human side and resistance humans experience during times of change.

Additionally, when the leaders in the organizations initiate a change strategy, it is the employees who will ensure the changes occur.
For your initial post this week, identify something from this week's course content that has resonated with you and determine how it could potentially make an impact on the challenge you are presently trying to solve for your organization. (Be sure to describe the challenge the organization is facing so that your reader can follow the logic you are presenting.) Include references
