The budgeted selling price is R200 per unit of finished products. 80% of sales are on credit sales are collected in the following pattern: 40% in the month of sale. 50% in the month following the month of sale. The remainder in the second month following the month of sale. There are no bad debts. The company requires the closing inventory of finished goods to be equal to 10% of the following month's budgeted sales in units. Each unit produced requires three kilograms of Material X. Raw material purchase price is R25,00 per kilogram. The company requires its closing inventory of raw material X to be at 20% the production requirements. The company had only 2 000 kilograms at the end of March 2022. It takes 1,5 hours at the rate of R80 per hour to produce each unit of finished goods. 4. 5. 6. 7.
