Mae Nak Phra Khanong appointed Thanos as his agent on 1^st October 2020 to sell his house in Kota Kinabalu for RM500,000.00. On 15^th October 2020, Thanos had verbally agreed to sell the house to Krasue. They were not aware of the fact that Mae Nak Phra Khanong had died on 13 October 2020 and only came to know about it on 16 October 2020. Advise the parties as to the status of the agreement.
