My SWOT Analysis Recommendations for working with opportunities, threats and weaknesses. According to the recommendations of Gutirrez et al. (2021), the action plan in response to my SWOT analysis will be: I will work on my academic and professional goals with the strengths that I count, striving to prevent weaknesses from becoming a barrier. I will organize my course of study with the free time I have and I will cover the topics one by one with the better time management, taking into consideration the rest of my responsibilities. I will find innovative ways to make my reports and presentations creative to counter my weakness for the fear of failing and I will delegate a little more to avoid being overwhelmed. I will set goals short and long term, affordable, so as not to disappoint me and give in to self-criticism; prioritizing every important action during the academic year, and after, for the growth of my career. This strategy can help me fight against my weakness of lack of concentration due to exhaustion and/or fear of failure. I will take advantage of the opportunities I have listed to obtain the best benefit of each of them. I will choose courses based on opportunities for I work in the market and I will take them with the greatest dedication. I can take this step by programming my classes efficiently and coordinating with the teachers the help and support in the social networking groups. I will plan and design my academic program based on the professional opportunities that arise in the market and I will depend a little more on the team of I work not to overload my only renewable resource: ME. I will be empathetic and collaborative with my peers and will not engage in discussions outside of the classroom. After taking advantage of maximum courses and studies at the university, I will be careful with the jobs I apply for and not I will commit to jobs that pay less than I deserve or that do not challenge me because hard skills (knowledge and experience) can get me the job as director of some company or department I want, but soft skills will cement me in it.
