Person B:
A Licensed contractor in Massachusetts but also has a Rhode Island License but a Massachusetts company.
The terms of the contracts for building the house are as followed:
1. The house will be built for 1 million dollars.
2. The house will be framed by a 2x8 construction the walls will be 2x8.
3. The code in the town is 2x4 they are going to overbuild it
4. All the product will be purchased at Lowe's building supply why? Because Person A's brother law works there and will receive a 10% commission.
5. The house must be completed by 9/1/2021
6. The construction started a year ago. Because of the pandemic the contract is 3 months behind. The house won't be completed until October. (It is in violation of the terms with the contract).
Approached Person A and requested a $100,000 to cover the increased cost of the plywood.
Never had any intentions to build the house.
He sells the contract to Person C for $50,000
Person C:
First House that Person B sells him.
Has a license in Rhode Island
He then talks to Person D a framer.
Person D:
The framer who frames homes and builds the out structure of the house.
He mistakenly uses 2x4 to frame the house.
And buys all the supplies at Home Depot so he can get 10% commission.
Person X:
Has a contract with Person A's current home
