Make a comparison of the 2 cultures which are Vietnam and Germany regarding the work environment

The analysis can be based on cultural dimensions, historical analysis, or your own observations and research. The analysis must be something that explains the behavior. A pure description of behavior is not an analysis, for example, just comparing how people celebrate the New Year in China and in Germany. An analysis includes why people behave the way they do - what values and beliefs they hold, and how this affects their actions. 

• You may use your own personal experience, for example, if you have been involved in an international project, you can explain what happened and then make an analysis of the cultural variables that explain the situation.
