2.A large circle was used for the head, but an oval could be used as well for more variety in head shape.

3.Circles were used for eyes. Again, consider experimenting with different shapes to create more visual interest.

4.No nose was included, but you might want one.

5.The mouth was made by layering two ovals one on top of the other to make the smile shape.

6.Consider personalizing your face with hair, ears, head gear, etc.

7.Note: For full credit, your face should contain different elements (hair, ears, head gear, etc.), sizes of elements and colors. Simply making some trivial changes wouldnt earn you full points:-)
