Make a functional Scientific Calculator (Gui + Coding) in Java Language using IntelliJ.

Firstly there should be a welcome screen.

On top, there should be a label that will say "Welcome Back"

Then two buttons, one will be called "Instructions" and clicking it will show some instructions.

The second button will be called "Launch Scientific Calculator" and clicking it will launch the Scientific calculator which will be functional.

The GUI should be simple with the layout similar to the picture provided and please add as many comments as possible in the coding part.

Also please provide step-by-step instructions on how to create the program.

Please use simple layouts like default IntelliJ grid layout and border layout and in functionality, make it as simple as you can.
