I do agree though that the government should guarantee good stable income for all its citizens, that way at least everyone will have a good and stable job they can rely on, and with that be able to provide for their families and if saved from birth people would be able to graduate college dept free. It is very incredibly good that Barnes gives us an example on how Alaska was able to have this down, and he gives us an example how they managed to accomplish jobs for all the state's citizens
