Fact Pattern: Peter Protester is riled up about the war in Gaza. He wants to do something about it, so he calls some rowdy protester friends and heads down to Arizona State University's main mall. These friends have all been arrested for getting violent at protests in the past, and Peter knows this. ASU has a campus-wide rule against groups gathering on the mall outside of the hours of 9am and 6pm. The rule is in place because University leaders want to keep the mall clear at night for safety reasons, and so students who live on campus can study at night without being distracted by noisy groups. As the time nears 6pm, ASU Police come out to the mall and tell Peter that he and his fellow protesters will need to leave by 6, or they'll be arrested for trespassing. Peter responds by yelling, "This is unconstitutional! Let's teach these stormtroopers a lesson! Attack them!!" None of the protesters attack the police, but the police arrest Peter
