Compute the chargeable income and tax payable of En. Aziz for the year of assessment 2019.

En Aziz has been employed by a manufacturing company in Shah Alam. He is aged 45 years and he has been working in the company for fifteen years, as an executive. He is married to Rokiah, who is a housewife, and has two children. The elder daughter, aged 20, is pursuing an accountancy degree in a local university. The younger son is in higher secondary school. On 30th November 2019, his services were terminated as the company is restructuring its business, due to financial constraints. En. Aziz received compensation for loss of employment amounting to RM250,000. En Aziz has provided the following information for filing the income tax returns form for the year ended 31 December 2019: (1) Salary of RM14,000 p.m. (ii) Entertainment allowance of RM1,200 per month, of which RM800 was fully spent for business purposes. (ii) Bonus equivalent to two months salary was received for the year ended 31st December 2019. (iv) As a performance award, he was given RM8000 during the annual dinner (v) He also withdrew the annuity of RM25,000, to which he has contributed RM12,000, whilst the balance was the interest and the contribution of the employer. (vi) He has exercised the 5000 share option which was given to him in September 2017 at RM2.00 per share, when the market price was RM3.50. He had until April 2020 to exercise the option. On 31" March 2019, En Aziz execised the option, when the share prices was RM5.00 per share. (vii) He was given a car, which was six years old and has costed RM150,000 when new, together with a driver untill his termination. (viii) He was also given a semi-furnished house together with a servant who was paid RM1,100 per month. The rental paid by the employer was RM2,300 per month, inclusive of RM300 for the furniture. (ix) During the year, he and his wife, together with the children were given a paid passage to Chiangmai. The trip costed the company RM14,000 for the whole package. (x) Medical expenses incurred by the company for Aziz and his whole family was RM11,000. (xi) En Aziz's other income included rental that he collects for the house he owns at RM2,200 per month. During the year 2019, he incurred repairs for replacing the door for RM500 and the renovation of the kitchen for RM8,000. Besides this he also incurred maintenance charges of RM200 per month, quit rent of RM780 and assessment of RM900. He also received an interest of RM800 from his fixed deposit in a local bank which is affiliated to BAFIA. En Aziz has spent RM1,300 on magazines and books for which he is able to produce receipts. He has also bought a handphone for RM1,500. He has contributed to Employees Provident Fund at 11% of his salary. He has also deposited RM4,500 into the National Education Savings scheme for his daughter's education. He takes care of both his parents. The medical expenses incurred for his parents was RM4800, for which he has receipts from the doctor who attended
