It is also existing in a various service organization. People can easily judge other people based on their appearance, race, cultural settings, and social status. though discrimination is non-tolerable, it is still happening in every corner. Be in school, in offices, in market, or in the society. Such humiliation and inhumane actions create division to human. For instance, more of the western people do not admit Asians in their employment application for they believe that they are more superior than them. That is the best example of racial discrimination. Another thing is the racial discrimination of the black people that led to genocide during Hitler's period. Discrimination, in any form, will not bring any good effects to society, hence it must be prevailed and abolished. 1.2. Work Health and safety is the primary right of the workers and employees. As a leader of the organization, it his obligation to ensure the safety of his people the reason why they implement Occupational Health and Safety program to lessen or prevent the occurrence of accident and injury in the workplace. For example, the manager implemented several measures like administrative control, isolation, substitution, to prevent people from exposing hazards such as chemical hazard, psychological hazards that significantly bring threats to the workers. So, it is a must for every workplace to ensure the safety of all people working in that place. Privacy, Confidentiality and disclosure - The right to privacy, confidentiality and disclosure are another basic human right. people in the organization or in the society must enjoy their prerogative pertaining to their privacy. The reason why there are laws subjecting to privacy that protects every individual from irrational invasion of other people to their personal life. For example. Keeping our financial attributes is our primary rights. It is unethical for someone to intrude this zone for they have no rights to access information embedded in our financial documents. 1.4. Access and equity It is essential for every member of the organization to have an access on the information and benefited with them. As a vital and functional part of the organization, it is their right to be oriented and informed about the important information. Their access to something that would give them interest and would help them improve their quality of services must be granted to them. For example, if the manager does not consider a selected number of employees about the financial information of the company or management system, meaning there s lacking of transparency, then they put a barrier and they do not allow them to have an access to the system, which is i think their individual and collective rights. 1.5. Rights and Responsibilities and Needs of clients -Clients must be treated just and fairly. They don't deserve to experience discrimination. Members of the organization must be aware and informed about the rights as well as the responsibilities and obligations of the clients. They should provide services that satisfy to their rights and they should also be oriented about their obligations in exchange of the quality services the members of the organization provide. Members of the organization must also be attentive to the needs of the clients in order to foster and obtain satisfaction from them. For example, the clients right to be assisted in a "first come first serve" basis situation. The employee must assist the clients who come first, then of those clients, presuming that they have a strong influence or position, who come late. employee must be just and must not look on the status in treating customers
