Management Audit

Now that you have had some time to implement your plan in HRManagement, it is time to evaluate your progress. Review your original goals and strategies, and compare them to your results. Members of the team should be prepared to do a brief presentation to management based on their role in the HR department. The following may prove helpful in guiding you through the process.

1. State the goals of your HR department

2. Has your performance matched these goals?

3. Which decisions were effective, and which need improvement?

4. Are there any unforeseen events that have affected your results?

5. What changes will you make in the next quarter?

6. Do your HR goals need to be revised?
