Management Audit with Two Sub-Assignments and discussion integration This two -part assignment has the following required components 1. Marketing Concepts: Discuss and illustrate the interrelationships of marketing concepts that incorporates, at a minimum, the following: a. An overview of the strategic plan elements and marketing insights that supported simulation. b. A detailed assessment of the performance to date in relation to its' competitors. Include a chart in this section. c. Discussion of those previously made decisions that were effective and those decisions that were ineffective. 2. External Environment: Create an analysis of the impact of external environmental factors and their impact to the objectives of the company a. Explain any competitive and other environmental changes that have impacted results of your company. b. What changes does anticipate accommodating changes in the environment. A specific answer is required for this question with supporting discussion. c. Do plan goals need to be revised for the company? If so, be specific in your response and justification. If not, clearly explain why
