Management & Leadership Capstone Project Each student will prepare a 10-12 page capstone paper on an organizational leadership topic. The intention is to use the article reviews you completed to help research and build your paper. Your sources should be academic in nature (no Wikipedia), including the articles you have reviewed, as well as any other appropriate academic sources (journals are preferred, but theoretical textbooks are also permissible).
