Managerial accounting The INNOVA programme is a basic instrument within the policy of the Vice-Chancellor for Research to promote knowledge transfer performance at the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV) The programme finances innovative scientific proof-of-concept projects through to commercialisation.
