Managers: As a final assignment, you are required to interview a manager. Please ask the following questions and based on the responses complete a 3-4 page essay describing the interview and what you learned. The questions below will serve as a guide during the interview. The preference is to have a one-on-one conversation. If that is not possible then you may send the questions in an email or you may conduct a phone interview. If you are currently working you may interview your manager providing that your manager has a team of 5 or more. If you are not working, please make arrangements to interview someone at NJCU in a management position. You must include the name and contact information of the person you interviewed. Please think about who your interview will be with, reach out to that person letting them know you are a student at NJCU taking a management class and would welcome the opportunity to interview them for a few minutes if possible.
