Managing an organisation requires various skills and the ability to organise various resources. All these tasks must be executed with an understanding of how actions influence the organisation, both internally and externally. Furthermore, the local context requires an organisation to have an efficient system of corporate governance. Besides, integrity and ethical behaviour is important in running any organisation. You, as the recently appointed General Manager of the organisation, are requested to write a report to the Board, on how you intend to manage the organisation. Your report shall include, inter-alia:

(i) the factors you must consider, to manage the organisation efficiently;(20 marks) and

(ii) the principles you would consider, so as to be in be in compliance with the Code of Corporate Governance of the country. (10 marks)
