Techno Digital Corporation is a high technology firm focusing on the production of digital music. The head office is located in London, Ontario with two other branches located in Toronto and Calgary. The Head office has 1000 employees and both the Toronto and Calgary offices have 500 employees each. Since its founding in 2018 the company has grown rapidly doubling its sales and thus enhancing its stock price many times over. Along with this there has been a rapid growth in staff, doubling in size.
The CEO, Valentina DeCarlo of this company understands that with such a rapid growth the strategic vision and mission of the organization needs to reinforced. As well, she wants to enhance the skill levels of the workforce and improve teamwork and coordination. As the CEO of this organization she would like to ensure that everyone in the organization is aware of the strategic goals and vision of this dynamic and growing corporation.
In order to remain competitive, the CEO wanted to capture what makes the company successful so she hired consultants from ABC Consulting Firm and asked them to conduct a needs assessment to capture the key behaviors of high achieving employees and use this data to define competencies for the organization. After an exhaustive analysis the consultants came up with the following competencies:
Understanding the corporate vision of the organization
Understand the strategy/goals of the organization
Communication
Collaboration
Creativity
Adaptability
Customer Service
Technical Expertise: (most recent version of Microsoft Office)
The CEO would like every employee in the organization to be aware of the competencies relevant to their jobs and to discuss ways that the employees can demonstrate those competencies while performing their jobs.
The training needs to be completed within 9 months from the first week of January. The budget for this project will not exceed $400,000.00.
Competencies that need to be trained as determined by ABC Consulting Firm:
Tier one training:(the entire organization is to be trained on the following competencies

Tier two training: (management is to be trained on the following competencies)
