Select three such events from the past 15 years that you, as a compliance professional, consider to have had the most significant impact on the regulatory environment in a jurisdiction and sector of your choice.

do a short paper for discussion with an audience of your compliance peers that, for each of your three selected events:

provides a brief explanation of why you believe it had a significant impact

illustrates, through the provision of practical examples, the impact of the event on a regulated firm of your choice

evaluates how lessons learned from the event should be considered in light of the current regulatory situation in your selected jurisdiction.
