Many of the topics you will study in economics can be represented graphically, and MyEconLab offers a variety of tools for graphical analysis. Some questions may require you to graph shapes and then label those shapes or points on those shapes. This exercise will give you some practice using these graphing tools.First we'll look at the tools that let you answer a question by drawing a graph. The simple graph on the right has whole-number values on the X-Axis and decimal values on the Y-Axis. Click the Continue button in the lower-right corner to continue to the next step.Part 2Graphing Tips1.) Carefully read the entire graphing problem before drawing any objects.2.) In homework and study plan mode, draw all the required objects before clicking the 'check answer' button.4.) For each drawing instruction, you should only draw one of the specified object, unless it is explicitly stated otherwise.5.) You can reposition graph labels to make them easier to see.6.) Click the magnifying glass in the top-right corner of the graph to enlarge the graph.Part 3To access the tool palette used to draw your answer to the question, click anywhere inside of the graph. Roll your mouse over each tool button to read what each one does. You can draw any number of objects on the graph. Whenever you answer a graph question, though, be sure to read the instructions carefully and draw only the objects required. Go ahead and draw some objects until you get comfortable. Notice that you can select and drag objects after you've drawn them or use your Delete key to delete them. When you're finished practicing, click the Clear All button to empty the graph. Instruction: Use the rectangle drawing tool to draw a rectangle anywhere on the graph and click 'Check Answer'.Part 4Carefully follow the instructions above, and only draw the required object.
