Mapping strategy selection using the 8 Cs + Paid, Earned, Shared and Owned model (PESO)?

This question is in regard to a second-hand clothing store called The Real Deal Newtown. I need to make a mapping strategy using the 8c's (Caterogise, comprehend, converse, collaborate, contribute connect, convert and community participation) but I'm really stuck. the mapping model also needs to use the PESO model in it too.
