Marketing Co. invoices seat at the beginning of the month for the coming month, and SEAT immediately pays invoiced amount. In February 2020 the invoiced amount was 100,000 euros. In addition, Marketing Co. provided in February 2020 marketing services to several Irish companies (for a total consideration of 250,000 euros) and one Irish natural person (consumer) (for a consideration of 75,000 euros). In February 2020 Marketing Co. received the following input supplies in exchange for the following consideration (all amounts were invoiced and paid in February): electricity for 5,000 euros, stationary for 1,000 euros, IT-services for 10,000 euros, a loan of 40,000 euros for which it paid in February 2020 200 euros of interest and accounting for 1,500 euros. All the input supplies were provided by Irish taxable persons. The VAT rate in Ireland is 23% and in Spain, 21%. All the amounts are exclusive of VAT (if any).
