Marketing Plan I: Concept Development

(25 points)

Begin development of a marketing plan for a new or improved product, service, or new small business idea. Each of the required sections is based largely on the definition of a marketing plan as a written document composed of an analysis of the current marketing situation, opportunities and threats for the firm, marketing objectives and strategies specified in terms of the 4 Ps (product, price, place and promotion), action programs and projected or Pro-forma income (and other financial) statements.

Therefore, please begin by writing Section I: an executive summary to introduce your idea for a new product, service, or new small business:

Section I: Executive Summary: describe and explain your idea for a new product, service or new small business.

An idea that i had for this was to bring about a new business of a coffee/bakery shop for people to come and study or spend time with friends or family and for it to also be a small shop with clothes, accessories and a few other items. Or for it to be a little thrift shop instead along with it being a coffee/ bakery shop still. Since it's something that people are getting into now and me be a fellow thrift shopper i find it exciting. If anyone can help me with this idea it would be an absolute great help and i would appreciate it very much, also the more info the better! TYIA!!!
