1. Martina lost all her claims against Vision TV Manufacturing, primarily because the judge allowed Claudia to testify that Martina admitted she was fired for stealing TVs. Martina tracks down Claudia at her home and fatally shoots her. Martina is tried for first-degree murder. At Martina's criminal trial, Martina seeks to introduce the testimony of Anika, Martina's best friend. Anika will testify that Martina is a peace-loving person, and that Martina has never acted violently.
