The following actual costs were recorded during the month: Direct materials (6,800 yards) Direct labor Variable manufacturing overhead Total $ 49,988 $10,920 $ 5,460 Per Set of Covers $23.80 5.20 2.60 $31.60 At standard, each set of covers should require 3.0 yards of material.
