Mary runs a clothing store in Murray, Kentucky. Mary prepares an order for " 100 T-shirts of assorted sizes and colors, $4.50 per shirt" and specifies that the shirts are to be delivered F.O.B. Murray. She sends the order to a clothing maker located in Henderson, Kentucky and about a week later receives an order confirmation on their sales order form. She glances at it and notices that the quantity and price are the exact same as she had sent in on her form. The clothing maker delivers the shirts to a UPS truck in Henderson, Kentucky and notifies Mary that the shirts are on their way. In route to Murray, the truck is in an accident and catches fire
