Mass Media Law and Ethics. Ignorance of the law should never be excused. The first Amendment was written in a time where communication was face-to-face or written in a letter. The forefathers could not have anticipated the type of technology available today. Provide two examples of how people are using or abusing these mass media laws today. Consider the ethical implications as well the logic. Would you suggest changing these laws to fit modern day society. Why or why not?
