Dear learners project management lifecycle is different than SDLC so you have to be able to distinguish these differences. In order to be able to clearly state these differences, you need to consider the possible answers to the following questions in your posts.

1. Who manages projects in your organization? Who supervises the project managers?
2. What are some common project management tools and when and how should they be used?
3. Managing a project team can be a challenge. How do you deal with the team member from accounting who says they do not have time to accomplish their team activities because their primary job is more important?
4. Have you ever been part of a project that failed? Discuss some of the common reasons why projects fail.
