*Class 3(parental leave only): Monthly: 1st month will be classified as PLO for 100% of earnings being paid in that period (4wks); 2nd month (2wks) -1/2 month will be PLO for 100% of earnings; remainder 100% under regular classification of earnings. Semi-monthly: 3 pay periods paid at 100% of current earnings classified as PLO.
