MATH 1020Q - Problem Solving Assignment 4: On the Bus Due: February 11", 2021 Clue Sheet There are six college students sitting on one of the UConn buses. Three are sitting on each side of the bus, facing each other. They are all friends, but each person considers one person in the group to be their best friend. You must determine for each person: what their favorite school activity is, where they are sitting on the bus, and who they consider their best friend to be. Justify all your conclusions! The seats on the bus are labeled as follows: Seat 1 Seat 2 Seat 3 Driver's Seat Across from Next to Seat 4 Seat 5 Seat 6 Given: Only one person participates in each activity (there is only one choir member, etc). Friendships might not necessarily be mutual (Person A's best friend may be Person B, but Person B's best friend is not necessarily Person A, but they could be). Clues: 1. Natalia's best friend sits across from her. 2 . Heather's best friend is not the basketball player, but Heather is sitting next to the Bball player. 3. Juan is sitting right behind the driver, he does not like to ski, but his best friend does soccer team. 7.
