Calculate the minimum element of a vector.

Write a MATLAB function that takes a vector as an input and calculates the minimum element and the position (vector index) of the minimum element in the vector. Test your code with the vector, x = [1 3 64 -1 -20 10 -15 19 5 2] as input.

Compare your function with the in-built MATLAB function min(x).
