Write a function named myFunction(N)

who would accept an input integer N

and output an N by N matrix, with elements on the four sides all 0, and elements inside all 1

For Example, is input N=5 the function should give something like:

0 0 0 0 0

0 1 1 1 0

0 1 1 1 0

0 1 1 1 0

0 0 0 0 0
