Lab # 1: The main objective of this experiment is to familiarize the students with matlab simulink/power simscape to simulate the basic single phase power system circuit and demonstrate the simulation result of the three differents load types. 2. The student must generate a single phase simulation graph to verify that the the current lag the voltage when connected to a purely inductive load. (Source Voltage 120 V(rms), the inductance load 10 mH) Note: 1. Student must submit the written report to beachboard before the deadline, there will be not late work accepted. There is no exception. Also, the student must treat this laboratory work as a technical report. 2.
