Matthews Motors sold a Buick Riviera to Jenkins for $11,500.  Matthews then borrowed money from Aversboro National Bank, using the Buick as collateral.  When Matthews defaulted on the loan, the bank attempted to repossess the Buick from Jenkins.  Jenkins refused to surrender the automobile, claiming the he and not Matthews owned it.  The bank brought suit, asking the court to force Jenkins to turn over the Buick.. Should the court grant the bank's request? Why or why not?
