Maurice, Barry and Robin are in a partnership manufacturing sweet products. They agree that they could each purchase supplies to a maximum amount of $10,000. Maurice, however, in breach of this agreement, enters into a contract with Sugar world Ltd on behalf of the firm, to purchase supplies worth $20,000. Barry and Robin are angry over this breach and have now decided to expel Maurice from the partnership. Can Barry and Robin expel Maurice by using their majority votes
