MBTI is one of many scales that we can use. Francis and Village (2022) examined the psychometric properties of the Francis Psychological Type Scales (FPTS). The participants completed the FPTS at least one day after completing the MBTI. The authors concluded that the FPTS demonstrated satisfactory internal consistency reliability against the MBTI. These are promising results.
