McEvers Middle School's principal, Jacqueline Davis, has received grant approval and has been awarded 75 new HP Envy 15-ep1010nr laptops for their three computer labs. The following criteria must be met:

• Laptops will accommodate 25 students per class.
• Laptops must have monitor connection to at least 10 existing monitors.
• Students will be able to checkout laptops through the school lab checkout system with approval.
• Laptops will need to be Internet-accessible and equipped with the following browsers:
  • MS Edge
  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
• The laptop software must also include Microsoft 365 with the following:
  • Word
  • Excel
  • PowerPoint
  • MS Teams
  • OneNote
  • Outlook
• All student laptops will require comprehensive security protection and configured for Internet restrictions.
• All laptops must have connectivity to the school district network and server infrastructure.
• All software and laptop configurations must be installed and tested prior to project implementation.
• The project is scheduled to be started 5 days after delivery and must be completed within 5 weeks.

Project Manager Responsibilities

As the project manager, you will be responsible for leading the team of three other resource infrastructure technicians, as follows:

• Computer
• Network
• Server

You will also be responsible for planning and executing the project, with a focus on developing a risk management plan using the seven risk management processes, as follows:

3. Qualitative risk assessment
4. Quantitative risk assessment
5. Response planning
6. Response implementation
7. Risk monitoring and control

• Provide a detailed description of how you would manage and monitor the risk plan and risk responses.
• Develop a risk responsibility matrix using the template provided, and include each of the risks that you have identified for the project.
• Develop a contingency budget using the template providedfor the risk responses selected.
