The survey should be clear and ask questions that will determine the effectiveness of the internal communication. The questions should be straight to the point and formatted so employees can provide as much feedback as possible. Another way to monitor it is by tracking the turnover rates and compare them to the record before the changes were introduced. If I nd that people are leaving more after the internal communication, then I know it was not effective. Employees who are happy at their workplace stay longer while those that are unhappy look for work elsewhere (Walters, 2019).
