Thus, a healthcare analyst is interested to investigate the effect of service quality (SQ), perceived value (PV), patient satisfaction (PS) on future intention (FI) among patients to seek medical services in Malaysia again. A selfadministered questionnaire was utilized as the main tool of data collection. The survey covered main medical tourism cities in Peninsular Malaysia. Respondents comprised of international patients who come into the country as medical tourists. A total of 431 questionnaires were sent out, and of these, 381 responses were received and proceeded to the data analysis stage. Based on the above scenario and appropriate SPSS output,
